In order to increase local content participation, CAE acts
as a liaison between multinational company procurement
departments and CAE registered Angolan clients. CAE
does this by channeling procurement announcements to
registered suppliers in order to gauge interest and capacity,
and then providing a list of capable candidates to the
company soliciting competitive bids for a specific product
or service

Certified Supplier Directory
CAE conducts due diligence on Angolan companies.Our
centralized database contains detailed company information
on Angolan Suppliers, including indications of their
human resources, Marketing, Financial, HSSE, Quality,
and Administrative capacity.

All companies that meet the minimum
requirements are encouraged to work with
CAE to benefit from our array of services. The
minimum requirements are:
- 51% or more Angolan ownership structure
- Legalized and tax-paying
